First up a big thanks to everyone that joined in. The whole night was a blast and even though a team or two didn’t show we all had an awesome time.
Winners, booby prizes and a run down of what happened is after the break.
The first round went to Silent & Gods Gift, the second to BorDar & Skorpian and the third and forth going to Midnite Lawliet & McGrann and VictoryFist & ArowinKiwi respectively. The final was probably the closest game of the night with three teams battling it out for the first place, BorDar and Midnite’s teams took the early lead with Silent close behind and catching up in the third round. The deciding round was obviously the last, but the team that won the final round weren’t the winning team.
During the final round Silent managed to edge past the winning threshold of 25 kills but Midnite/McGrann were on 24 and still alive with Silent killed, if Midnite/McGrann killed BorDar it would have given them a point for the kill and a point for winning the round to take the game into overtime, it could have gone either way but the end result was that Silents’ 26 was good enough to take the top spot. Congrats to the winners and everyone else that played, I had a blast and I hope everyone else did as well.
