Kudos to FaceAche for posting on the forums about this (and using the totally sweet thread name “Duke Nukum For-NEVER?”) ShackNews has reported that the infamous developer of Duke Nukum Forever, 3D Realms, has been shut down, essentially due to their funding being cut. Of course, since Take-Two retains the rights to publish Duke Nukem Forever, the funniest part of all this is that perhaps the odds of ever seeing it as a finished product have actually increased.
