The teased Game Informer cover showing recognisable Gears looking soldiers, one with a blanked out face and enchained has been de-mystified. game Informer intends to run the edition with two possible covers. In one the face of the blonde genius, Damon Baird. The other features the Cole Train himself. Exactly what this means in terms of setting time-wise is unclear, as it’s pretty much dashed the theory I had that it was Marcus in chains and this was going to be the much talked about prequel that would go into detail about the events learing up to his incarceration. Presumably we’ll hear more about the title, subtitled Judgement at Microsofts E3 confernce, or wait until Game Informer goes to print.
