Default Eggs

Soooo sick of eggs. Cooked about 30 eggs in the last 2 days, ate about half of them.

This reminds me of Once Were Warriors. That's by far the best comedy to ever come out of NZ.

The old Baker inside me emerged today and I pulled out some old MuffinBreak recipes from my head...

I managed to use 36 eggs today.

26 in a Bacon & Egg pie.
10 in a Quiche.

Now I just have to eat them....
