Default So I wandered into the DVD store yesterday...
...and saw:

A new Punisher Movie

A Far Cry Movie

Now, i know it will be a waste of time/money, but I also know that I will not be able to resist either and the longer I wait the more I will want to see them.

I saw the Far Cry movie in the shop the other day........ was tempted but I managed to put it off.

I saw this in my local Vid shop the other day when i was looking for something the missus and I could watch together. Picked it up, saw "Directed by Uwe Boll", put it back down again.

Ended up getting Bolt on Blu-ray - was good, enjoyed, better than i expected.

Straight-to-DVD movies are straight to DVD for a reason!

Slumdog Millionaire was almost a straight to DVD release.

Is Far Cry a straight to dvd release? I don't think it came out here at the cinema at all...

Both were straight to DVD here.
Punisher 2 isn't too bad. OTT action. Alright for a popcorn action movie.

Apparently Far Cry is so bad it melted cinema screens and made viewers eyes bleed! Hence the direct to DVD over here. It also comes with a free lobotomy voucher.

*I have not seen this movie.... Yet.

I can confirm that the second Punisher movie is indeed crap on a stick, I would rather stab myself in the eyeballs than watch that again.... First one was cool though.

It's actually the third Punisher movie, there was a Dolph Lundgren incarnation (early 90's I think) which was beyond crap.

Saying that, I have seen it at least a couple of times.
