Default BM Exercises - All purpose thread of infomercials and breaking a sweat

Who likes to Exercise?

I couldn't find my last thread so it's time for an official thread of getting healthy and sexy.

Post your questions, milestones, advice, nudes etc.

I need to start a regular running circuit so I can time it and see how I progress.

Current PB for pushups 34.

Weight lifting routine currently is benchpressing the kids.

Ok.... ill start

I train 5-6 days a week.

I have a good setup at home , heavy bag, double ended speed bag very good weights setup, and alot of other gear.

there is also a huge Gym at my work for 2 dollars a week, so training at work is a bonus to, i also work in a dairy plant so i have access to free WPC (look at my guns! BOOM)

I train weights and chuck a lil bit of cardio on at the end to keep fat off me, i weigh 85kg and am 5"11, last time i did a 1 rep max it was 82 kg, but that was sometime ago.

i can do 56 pressups to failure (been using 100 pushups on my Ipod )

I enjoy fitness as much as gaming, i am addicted to it in some form, i like to look good but my main goal is to have my first MMA fight.

All good bro. When I can afford it, I go halves with mates and grab the Fonterra 20kg sacks from Davis Trading.. Otherwise I just try and go for the cheapest stuff I can find.

Matey, I'm your new best friend! I go through bout 3kg a month of whey. If it's kosher dude you can hook me up

I train 4 days a week at the gym it's so addictive. Once you start you can't stop, suck when ya get injuries though.

I got back to the gym a few months back after quite a long time away. First five weeks I gained 2cm round the biceps and 5cm round the leg. Was such a buzz

What are these 'whey' sacks you speak of? I take it they help you exercise?

in the last couple weeks ive just started doign a small workout at home.
which is basically push ups til i stop which is only about 30 atm and then some crunches and more ab excercises then some more pushups and some more abs and then a tricep work out.

i dont have any gear at home and i dont have the motivation to get to the gym so this is pretty good. ive noticed by biceps and a bit bigger and my pecs too. also my traps are a bit bigger too ( are trapezoids the ones that go from the back of your sholder to your neck?)
