HP Customer Service

Just got Mum a new HP All in One machine and noticed (after installing all her programs of course) that there is a faint horizontal line running from left to centre in the middle of the screen.

I rang HP Customer Service and got someone I could understand and they are going to send out a technician to repair it on site.

I have had to deal with HP Customer Service once before and found them really good to deal with then too.

Yeh that sounds like a faulty graphics card to me or something wrong with the monitor.
