Saw this last night. It was damn good. It's pretty self aware, any more so and they'd be tearing down the fourth wall and talking directly to the audience.
If you hate cheesiness in any form, maybe stay away, but otherwise I highly recommend it.

I think me and Julie spent the first 5 mins laughing and looking at the other to check it was ok to do so. Came in well above expecation

My wife and I loved it also. It was one of those rare good quality comedies that isn't packed full of cheap dirty jokes. Reminded me of the 90s.
