Anyone care to share some chilli secrets, i'm after a good hot chilli sauce recipe that I can bottle as I have plenty left over.

A friend of mine always used to swear by his Chilli Con Carne - secret ingredient, a half bottle of Vodka.

Just right for a cold night in.
