Anyone interested in this game?

It is due out on Jan 10th on XBLA, PSN and PC (GFWL). It is a team based shooter that reminds me of Team Fortress 2 or Shadowrun where you take sides as Batman "fans" or Joker "fans" battling for good or evil.

It seems to me that it hasn't had a lot of publicity and wondered how many people hear knew it was coming?

Apparently it is still possible to sign up for the beta (Xbox/PS3). Their timeframes are quite short, Jan 10th for launch and the open beta hasn't started yet.

The PC beta only lasted four days with set times during those days.

The game is a lot of fun. I'll be playing Xbox and PC versions.

I watched a vid last week, its very TF2 but with full on crazy class and character customization. Will wait and see how it reviews as I have alot of 2011 games to catch up on and another class based shooter isn't at the top of my list

Today Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment confirmed that the launch of Gotham City Impostors has been moved to February.

Gotham City Impostors is an original download-only first-person shooter where up to 12 players battle for control of an unhinged Gotham City overrun by Impostors inspired by the DC Comics characters Batman and The Joker. Gotham City Impostors is an online multiplayer game unlike any other, giving players the opportunity to engage in unconventional urban warfare as they personalise their own Impostors. Gamers will create their very own version of the Bats or the Jokerz characters using unprecedented customisation options including insane costumes, homemade gadgets and a wide range of traditional and inventive weapons. The game will feature maps and modes inspired by DC Comics’ Batman license.

Still keen, not had any sign of the beta though.

Not sure what's going on with their betas, their methods are unconventional.

Played some last night, still in two minds about this. It looks good but the maps I played are quite small.

Being in games with guys who are level 25 and camp the respawn points got boring. We will need a Mashers game night as more people get the beta codes.
