The green light has been given for a second tasting night. This one will be a bit more polished with the first acting as somewhat of a testing ground for what might be possible for a more serious night of food. I’ll have plenty of help in the kitchen and the front of house will be attended to by a very helpful colleague. The menu will feature some of the past dishes, albeit tweaked for maximum deliciousness, increased interactivity and more elegant presentation.
7+ courses will cost $85 dollars, with drinks extra. This time around I can’t afford to lose money on hosting this event so pre payment in full will be required, drinks can be paid for on the night
From how things went at the last event I would anticipate the menu to take around two hours so it won’t be an overly late night. The current pencilled in date is Monday the 5th of July and will again be hosted at
