That's classic! Sometimes I don't understand the point of spam like that, where even if you were actually tricked into wanting their product, there are no links to anything.
Some spam is just total jibberish. I thought that even spam had a point. Although, I guess the point is merely to piss everyone off, at no cost to the spammer. |

Some spam doesn't even advertise anything and is literally gibberish text only. No links or image links. It's rarer but out there. Before I started using a Gmail account as a spam filter I used to get over 50 spams a day, even with a (weak) server side filter and SpamSieve plugin that I bought.
Gmail cut it down to almost zero. |
