I know a couple of Mashers have mentioned Metro 2033 as being a fairly decent shooter, i think in the "Games that are B-Grade gems" thread maybe ... not sure ....

As someone who isn't into fast paced twitch shooters, I really loved Metro 2033. The pace and atmosphere were just perfect.

Yeah i know what you mean, i'm really digging it. You have to be quite considered and cautious with the combat, and the atmosphere is excellent.

Ive been playing it for a few hours now, and for some reason have a longing for the similarly-themed but wide open wasteland of Fallout 3 - damn, Metro 2033 is claustrophobic!

I finished this on Sunday afternoon, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Nicely weird ending, was a bit of a trip. Was only $10, and bugger all resale value anyway, so if any Hamilton Mashers want to give it a blast, it's available.

Just picked up Kane and Lynch 2 for $16 on MA. Played the demo and really like the 'handy-cam' style. Anyone else got it? apparently the MP is pretty sweet.
