Alright brian, head out onto Hukanui, go straight through roundabout. ahead a solid 2 km untill next roundabout and then go straight through to rototuna shopping centre,
chow down some kfc (boneless fillets if you wish) and then return.

Meh, I hate continuous training.

Just pace out 60 metres on a slight incline in your street (or somewhere else close). Run from the bottom to the top at full pace (after warming up of course), walk back, repeat x 8. Much more fun!!!!!

GL B exercise is a dark road, i just trained for 4 weeks and lost 1 Kg im 86kg now.

Exercise brings so many benefits though You'll prob find you've lost some fat and maybe gained some muscle depending on what you're doing.

Anyone know of a site that has guidelines for how fast I should be able to run 3k? Like target times goal/increments

3km should take no more than 15min, target 10min .I can do 7km in 30min easy
