Dang Mau thats some serious beer talk. A dark beer Ive been into lately is the Yeastie Boys Pot Kettle Black which is a hopped up porter. Got all the interesting flavour of a dark beer with a good kick of hops backin it up

Ive got my 50 ltr brew in the secondary fermenter with the SG at 1009 so about 2-3 days left b4 I drop it to 2deg for largering for 8 weeks.
Had a tasting ,it pretty safe flavours not as hoppy (I like hoppy beer) as I wanted but theres a bit of malt sugars to ferment so it will change a bit yet

Tuataras a bit of a Wellington institution.

Not a huge fan of wheat beer in general. Too sweet and I cant taste anything but candied bananas.

Mikes Pilsner is a good drop. Bloody nice guy too
