Kaffir limes are also enjoyed by young school children. These children often have their pictures taken with Kaffir Limes.
Really? Get something more interesting to take a picture with. Like a skinned cat ready for stir fry.

I'd eat them, but only if they were offered to me by someone else. (I wouldn't buy them)

Pretty much, and that dig at people eating cats shouldn't be taken too seriously cause I'd eat them as well.

I remember one of my classmates in biology - from Opotiki -happily tossing up ducks eyes in the air and eating them when we were supposed to be dissecting them.

Not my cup of tea I'm afraid.

The one that I thought was quite odd was in a documentary that included the preparing of a banquet for the current royal family in Britain.

Chicks were taken out of eggs before they were hatched, laid out in a big oven tray, a few sauces and spices dribbled over them and they were baked.

These were then eaten whole - beaks, bones and all.

Yum yum I think not.
