Looks good. I'm yet to brew a lager. Havent made a single one as yet

One day

Planning on doing some "hybrid" beers soon. Will probably just wait a month or two till the ambient temps are more suited (16C). Want to do a Dusseldorf Altbier and a Kolsch.

Will probabaly brew an english barleywine next weekend. I have a crapload of Wyeast 1335 British Ale II slurry from my brown ale.

Always happy to help my friend

Is your sis still comin down on Wednesday ? Ill take some beers to work for you if she is

Im kinda keen to do a lager if only to be able to say Ive done one. Cant say Im a huge fan but I think thats due to all the shitty lager I drank before I was baptised in the wort of craft beer. Have been holding off cos we're lookin at moving and I wont have a spare fridge right off the bat

Man i got a fridge for fermentation control, and then filled it with kegs

Share your feeling on lager. I have had a lot of craft beer lagers and still not a big fan. Thats why i reckon I'll do some hybrid beers. best of both worlds?

Been "researching" belgian sour beers. Keen to make on in the near future. As part of this I had a framboise and a kriek. Both are kinda girly drinks but i had them with my wife so....stuff.

The framboise is only 2.5% and the kriek 6%. They look quite similar (red wine) but the kriek is quite a bit browner. Tried to take some pics, but they look the same in photos

Framboise (Lindemans)

Kriek (Lindemans Cuve Brut)

Both are awesome desert beers. And chicks would love em. My wife really doesnt like beer, and quite likes these so...that.

The R3 is still conditioning, the shed has been quite cool so maybe put it at room temp for a few days and then chill it but leave it till last.............I havnt even tryed it carbonated yet it proberly needs 2 more weeks maybe
