I like that yeast. Just cool it for the first day and a bit then let it self rise. That yeast has a tendency of dropping out if it cools

And yeah man still keen on some Amarillo. Got a stash?

Tried the Green Flash Belgian Pale Ale last night. Not my cup of tea. My boss and I ended up ditching half a glass each

On the other hand though we tried the Anchor Porter and Sierra Nevada Ruthless Rye which are both awesome

oh i thought most people dig green flash.

I suggest you try and get hold of St Bernadus Abt 12. See what you think of that one. One of my faves.

So damn good. Think i'll have one tonight

I think Green Flash is one of those beers its cool to like. Ive tried three of thiers so far and they dont really float my boat. Ive got some more Bear Republic Racer # 5 at work at the mo. Will be funny to see how much actually makes it to the customers

Green Flash use too much piney hops for me. I dont like that flavour at all

I gotta wait til Ive got this batch bottled before I can brew another one. Im thinkin a nice IPA or an ESB. My brews are very hop dependent at the mo. I also wanna save the yeast from this Saison for future brews
