Yeah, that's a nice cider. One of the few ones around made from actual apples rather than concentrate juice. Although, i get the Speights Cider, the Isaacs (or Macs) Cider, the Monteiths one..... they all taste pretty similar to me.

Love my Cider. And not just because it's now 'in'; have always been into it, Scrumpy, Brightstone.... whatever

I had a night at the Horse & Trap once up in Auckland drinking half 'n halfs of Cider and Guinness. Needless to say, i was plastered by the time i walked out of there. Was awesome.

Not really a cider man myself, but the one i made is pretty decent.

Currently sipping on a "belgian dark strong" ale I made a couple of months ago. It is INCREDIBLE! Probably my best brew so far. Pretty serious though... at 10.5%

Looks almost identical to a previous brew, but tastes a bit better i reckon

Most of em are in standard 330's, and a few in 750 bottles (i believe they are old swappa crate bottles)

Was gonna say 750ml at that strength would be quite a commitment

Next time a touch more hops

I just bottled the R3 out of the keg............it tastes better out of a keg I reckon, its got no yeast sediment so you get a cleaner tasting beer

Man the Saison has such a crazy yeast flavour. Its kinda like bananas and caramel. Ill add more hops to the next one coz I think it could do with a little more bitterness even though its only the final gravity was 1.006

Yeah Saison is a strange one. But i love it. Some people do make it a bit more bitter. some even dry hop it
