LOL Forkhoists are dangerous things. I have done my training on a hoist and saw a few photos of accidents. One guy got his leg severed at the ankle.

Back when I worked in the Produce Dept at Woolworths here in town we would recieve Strawberries from a local farm, they always came with a reciept that was signed by a chap named Toss Staines...
